Lara Marras PhD student Short bio Lara Marras is a PhD student in the XXXVIII cycle of the PhD in Architecture and Environment at DADU, University of Sassari. Her research focuses on the link between architecture, play and learning and questions the possibility of transforming urban spaces through interaction with playful artefacts. The dialogue between play-learning-architecture not only allows an innovative reading of the urban environment, but also gives rise to social dynamics through which citizens participate, design and rewrite the city by playing. Play can thus become the universal tool for exploring, understanding and producing relationships with architecture and urban space. She has participated in national and international competitions on these themes, publishing several research experiences. She took part as curator in the exhibition “El Equipo Mazzanti-Playing with Pedagogies”, collaborating for the organisation of events within the ILS Scientific School.
