Academic office

The Academic Office is the point of reference for students regarding academic matters (study plans, class schedules, exams, regulations).

  • It supports the Heads of Degree Programmes in the design and planning of the educational offer;
  • it provides assistance and information to students and teachers in the delivery of the educational offer;
  • it implements the educational and teaching offer in the management applications;
  • it provides technical and administrative support to all those involved in the Degree Programme Quality Assurance process;
  • It monitors students' academic careers and collaborates with the student secretariat in managing them;
  • it provides students with information on admission requirements and how to participate in the selection process for admission to bachelor's and master's degree programmes, on the organisation of degree programmes, on courses, on the requirements for changing degree programmes and transferring from other universities;
  • it provides information on prerequisite exams, attendance requirements, course programmes and lecturers, study plans, thesis assignments, exams and degree exams;
  • it supports degree programme councils in the validation of exams and recognition of credits;
  • it updates the website and Moodle platform;
  • it manages the room booking calendar.

Traineeships, International Relations and Mobilities

  • Management of outgoing student mobility for international study and traineeships (Erasmus SMS, International Credit Mobility, Erasmus SMT, Ulisse);
  • Management of incoming and outgoing student mobility for local and national traineeships;
  • Management of incoming student mobility for study and traineeships (Erasmus SMS, International Credit Mobility, Erasmus SMT, Ulisse);
  • Management of agreements and operational networks with other educational institutions or agencies or companies in Italy and around the world;
  • Reception of teachers and staff from partner universities;
  • Assistance and support in international projects;
  • Management of Erasmus and Traineeship pages on e-learning platforms and department website;
  • Help desk for all the activities described above;
  • Management of the Erasmus tutoring help desk.
