PhD student

Sara Faedda is currently enrolled in the PhD programme in Architecture and Environment at the University of Sassari, where she is conducting interdisciplinary research on innovative mobility systems, with a specific focus on the implementation of Mobility as a Service (MaaS) in weak demand areas. Contexts of this nature, which encompass both geographic areas and groups of vulnerable social groups, represent a salient area of study for the implementation of MaaS. Her research focuses on analysing the mobility habits and behaviour of socially vulnerable groups, with the aim of exploring the potential of MaaS (Mobility as a Service) as a tool to promote the autonomy and inclusion of these populations. His training and professional experience are in the domain of urban planning, accessibility and transport sustainability.
