Bruno Billeci Associate Professor Short bio Architect and Ph.D. in Restoration, is Associate Professor of Architectural Restoration at the Department of Architecture, Design and Urban Planning of the University of Sassari (UNISS) where he directs the Laboratory LACHE. From 2019 to today he is the Superintendent of Archaeology, Fine Arts and Landscape for the provinces of Sassari and Nuoro and was Regional Director of the Museums of Sardinia ad interim.His lines of research include: the history of restoration, the evaluation of balance in buildings, the effectiveness of restoration interventions, diagnostics, analysis and intervention in historic centers.He has designed and directed numerous restoration interventions and has provided consultancy in structural diagnostics. He is a reviewer for national and international scientific journals in the sector (ArcHistoR; International Journal of Heritage Architecture, Storia Urbana). Member of the Italian Society for the Restoration of Architecture (SIRA).
