Andrea Carboni Research Fellow Short bio Urban planner and researcher, specialized in environmental planning and the management of hydrogeological and coastal risk. Currently a research fellow at UNISS, focusing on methods for assessing flood vulnerability in coastal planning. Experienced in GIS analysis and mapping, supporting River Contracts processes, managing European projects, and university tutoring activities. Collaborated with institutions such as the Emilia-Romagna Region, the Po River Basin Authority, and the FLAG “Coast to Coast”, participating in workshops, conferences, and technical support activities. Graduated with honors in Planning and Policies for the City, Territory and Environment (European Master). Author of international scientific publications on coastal resilience and River Contracts. Excellent knowledge of GIS, CAD, Adobe suite, 3D modeling, and programming languages.
