Curricular traineeships

Curricular traineeships are aimed at students who, in order to complete the study pathway for the final qualification, must carry out a practical training activity that, on the basis of a given duration, allows them to earn a certain number of educational credits. The activity can be carried out in organisations preferably outside the University, also favouring an initial encounter with the employment world. The recognition of credits acquired during the internship activity is subject to the regular activation of the internship through the dedicated office and to the completion and delivery of the documentation required by the Regulations.

The National curricular traineeships are activated by the definition of an agreement signed between the promoting institution (in this case our university) and the host organisations. The agreement will be associated with the training projects of the students who will carry out the curricular traineeship at the agreed organisation for the entire duration of the agreement, which is 3 years. The Department of Architecture is authorised to promote and activate ‘curricular’ traineeships through the appointed university office, and has signed curricular traineeship agreements with numerous professional studios, local and national public and private organisations, the number of which is constantly changing.

The guidelines for local and national traineeship activities are published and regularly updated on the Department's e-learning platform, in the section dedicated to traineeships. In this section of the platform, it is possible to find all information on the activation of traineeships and the definition of traineeship agreements, the necessary forms and the curricular traineeship offers proposed by the partner organisations.
